My yard and garage flood 3-4 times a year.

I would totally toss the garbage onto the perps' front lawn so they'd stop; open the garbage bags and strew all the garbage across their front yard. 

I cut the grass and weed eat regularly and the yard looks great, but I don't have the tools to do a professional bush trim and don't believe it should be my responsibility to pay $120 for that.

Or is this going to cause a massive flood in my yard.
