I'm looking to be as independent as possible...I don't want to be tied to a desk.

George Allen of GFA Management publishes a list every year of all the major and minor brokers that specialize in land lease communities.

I need them to be experienced in lease option and be an independent broker.

@Tvzi Balsam,This is what the REO brokers from Fannie Mae are notorious for, what I have found works for me is you get an independent agent to register with Fannie and the put in your offer, have them follow up the next day with a phone call, just make sure  you have your proof of funds available to submit with said offer, and make sure you have  done your due diligence, as most of these REO'S are loaded with violations that they pass on to you.

Now I am here on BP soaking up what I can, making a post here and there, and hoping my new path to financial independence won't be laden with the sound of rocket and mortar attack alarms in the middle of the night.

As real estate investors, I know we could all agree that this is a dynamic industry that we work in and bumps along the road to financial independence do and will forever occur.
