I've frequently heard about investors organizing all information about their properties in a bunch of (paper) folders and there's probably no way around keeping physical copies like that, however I was looking more for a general "How am I doing/Where am I at" overview.Any hints appreciated!

However you may find some hard money lenders that would do this.But for such a small value, you may very well be able to get a unsecured loan that would cover it.

I spoke with the agent and told him what I found and he told me there was only one sale in all of new glouster to go off so the 200k could very well be wrong.

I don't have Storage or commercial, but do have SFR, Apartments and Mobile home parks, and I would agree, on the front end the parks eat up time if there is a lot of physical distress, but once stabilized, not too bad, especially if you just own the pads.
