Need Advice on Potential House-Hack and Airbnb across State Lines

Here's the scoop. I'm being asked by my employer to move from our Greenville, SC office to Asheville, NC. I'm looking to physically move from zip 29642 to 28806, but thanks to Bigger Pockets, I want to capitalize on this opportunity by doing a long-term lease out of my current property here in Powdersville/Easley (29642), do a HELOC househack to get me into an FHA loan on a property in Asheville. I'm targeting Asheville properties with accessory dwelling units or in-law suites/basements to AirBnb out.

Here's my question.  I know that my current residence has a 4% primary residence property tax and a 6% non-primary residence property tax.  If my plan comes to fruition, what can I expect to pay as a tax rate on both properties?  My gut tells me that I'll go to 6% on the long-term lease out here in Powdersville/Easley, and I'll assume a primary-residence tax rate on the new Asheville house, plus some AirBnb tax.

Can anyone advise me and any other pitfalls that I should look out for?
