How to check credit etc, for lease agreement with LLC tenant?

I am the owner/LL of a SFR in California. For the first time I've had an applicant request that he use LLC on the lease agreement in place of his name. I'm not opposed to this (or should I be?)... I have always used (and will this time) MySmartMove for credit/background checks on individuals. How would you recommend I go about a LLC? What else should I ask for that's different than an individual? Any other warnings or advice in this area. Much appreciated!

Matt Faix thanks for the quick reply and advice. I'll ask if he intends to operate any business out of the property or not. I'll also check my lease agreement template to make sure it spells out that he cannot operate a biz out of the home. Good catch.
