.- A rate-lock was provided on January 10th locking in the rate of 3.75%- Today (Janurary 21st) my mortgage lender called to tell me they had to re-run our credit and my girlfriends credit dropped to 679, one point below the minimum acceptable for the product we were offered.

I've had plenty of owners loose an amazing tenant because they had to get $60 extra on the lease renewal instead of accepting $50 or thought we should help out with the cost of a new furnace because it was unexpected and they already pay us every month.
