Moving license over to another state

Hey guys,

Not sure if this a question for this forum or another, but I thought I'd give it a shot.
I have just started my real estate career in Los Angeles, however due to family reasons I need to move to Arizona next year for around 1.5-2 years.

I don't believe either state has reciprocity so I can't have both licenses. What are the steps I would need to take to move my license over to Arizona and get my California license back when I return in 2 years? Is it even worth the hassle?

Thanks!
