Search BP for more info; I can't remember who posted about it.It's a good idea to add "Pittsburgh" to your BP keyword alerts so you are automatically notified when people are discussing it.Hope this helps @Josh Tonecha.

I did a search based on livability score of cities with 50,000+ population then kept only B and better for cost of living and crime rates which narrowed it down to about 15 areas to further investigate and Bartlett kept showing up.
