Newbie in need....
Hello BP Family,
I am a NEWBIE and trying to get my feet wet quickly. I have been researching and looking into being a investor for years just didn't know where to start. So I have been looking at a few houses and I have noticed that there is a young man in the area that has a lot of houses that he wants to either owner finance are rent,is it a good idea to start with him get a owner fiance, flip the house and then sale and pay him off? Also I am only one class away from getting my real estate license, will this be a good thing are bad? Many people are saying I can't do both.I have ordered and began reading numerous of books off the site.. I am just ready to get started when I found this site it was truly a blessing.
Please help,Newbie in need!!!!!
