Hello!

My name is Lisa and I'm a buy and hold real estate investor in the Lancaster, PA area.  Currently I have two rental properties and I'm looking for a third.  My first two were easy since they were originally owner occupied and I eventually converted them into rentals.  Now, I'm joining the big league.  I'm actually searching for investment properties to purchase.  Any tips on how to network and gain information in a relatively short amount of time?  I'm currently doing this forum, podcasts, and a local real estate investment group that I'm meeting with tonight for the first time.  Any pointers would be great!
