Hi everyone, my wife and I have been repairing credit and saving to invest in real estate (a life long goal of mine). We are about 6 months out on our timeline to begin searching for our first buy and hold, and I made a rare good decision and decided to educate myself as much as I can before we begin. The BP podcasts and advice are amazing (I'm basically addicted at this point, no more radio in the car for me :) )Please anyone feel free to give advice and pitfalls to avoid I'm really hoping for a strong start!
