Would there be any issue having each of them on individual leases?

I'm in the process of exploring my options for obtaining a very short term bridge loan (30-90 days) and am reaching out for some guidance and recommendations. 

Alongside this we learned what makes a property ideal for buyers, and explored multiple loan options as well as their individual pros and cons.

Make sure it explicitly explains the process for termination if you are unhappy with their services, especially if they violate the terms of your agreement.3.

I am currently in the process of figuring out what I can afford and where the money should come from.

So I am trying to learn or understand the actual process buying from a wholesaler.
