Using a Liquid Asset Line in Real Estate
Has anyone used a Liquid Asset Line (LAL) when purchasing a real estate investment?
The idea would be to use 50% of the total credit line being offered, to be conservative, for a downpayment, principle, improvements, etc. I would also take out a mortgage to leverage returns. I do not necessarily want to liquidate stocks due to the capital gain implications.
Any advice and experience with this is greatly appreciated!
