When you exit a deal, what normally ends up happening (like Tom Brady keep winning more Super Bowls) is that you go into two more deals (with now double the amount of capital) and you will likely find that with those new K1s you could result in you having way more passive losses you began with If you can see where this is going... yes, experienced investors with a lot of capital deployed might have 500k-1M+ suspended passive losses and have not paid taxes in years and do not appear to pay taxes for years!

I went into it knowing there was sweat equity and i was ready to exploit it.The thing about Real Estate is most people aren't hitting home runs by waiting for the perfect pitch and then swinging for the fences...they are hitting home runs by taking what the pitcher gives them and then consistently hitting singles/doubles and then occasionally they hit one out of the park (as is this example)***Anyways,We noticed this was a very large 2 bedroom home in a nice location.

& it is a tough business.However, I would rather be threatened &/or verbally abused by transient tenants residing in a building generating double digit p.a. returns than a employer demanding 70 hrs a week, while living in false hope of a 1-3% p.a. raise & the anticipation of a promotion into greater servitude.
