Other landlords have followed suite and it has now become a de facto check list item for students when looking for a rental.In our non-student properties, whenever we affect a major renovation, we wire the unit/building back to a demarcation point in the mechanical room which makes it relatively easy to provide building wide Internet (giving each unit their own private network).

I'm not sure about Missouri since I'm in Delaware but recommend you get a copy of the landlord tenant code for where you are and abide by that as far as notices and how they should be sent (here we must send by certificate of mailing) If you have to use an attorney for your state I would loop them in early so you're sure to do the beginning correctly.Good luck!
