MISSOURI EVICTIONS like clockwork is the goal
I'd like to line out every process for evictions. What I have is...
We have a three-day grace period when tenants are notified that they are late in paying rent each day. Then, the next step is to notify them to cure or quit; This would give them a specific time (10 days to pay or move out). After the 10 days of nonpayment, I would contact a lawyer for a formal eviction process. Is that everything? Did I miss something?
Is cash for Keys somewhere in the options? Does anyone have a line-by-line for their eviction process?
This is A LOT of questions but Thank you all for your support and community!
