Wifi or internet for Tenants
Does anyone have any experience with offering Wifi to tenants? I live in a triplex with tenants and I was thinking of buying wifi and offering as an additional fee to the rent. Does anyone have any experience with this? It is a small seed capital investment, but it could increase rental yield by $25 - $50 / mon.

I've tried this at a couple of my units and haven't seen many issues with the setup. I've had one tenant call a couple times to complain but overall I think either way the rent increases and complaints mostly offset them. If you're looking to justify rent raises I'd focus more on things like improving the fixtures and appliances or other upgrades especially if it doesn't cost much on your end.
