Keep on drinkin' the koolaid ...If you want passive REI, and don't have any knowledge or experience in the field nor the desire to acquire these (which would not be passive) then go buy a REIT.

Our primary company now has a management team in place and I am no longer needed for day to day activities.I like career paths that your success is built on just yourself and your personal actions.
