Hello BP community. My name is Paul. I am new to RE. I have been on the site for a couple days and been listening to podcasts to and from work. I have made a decision to focus on investing in multi unit properties. The idea of having someone else pay my mortgage sold me. Going to look into the FHA 3.5 loan. I work in the construction field. I'm in an electrical apprenticeship so I can connect with many different trades when I decide to get into other areas of real estate. I am here to soak up all the information and knowledge shared. Network with other members and start my real estate investing career.
