If you call and just ask, they might hang up and move on.  

Lastly, hang out on the BP forums, I'm not that active posting on the forums but I make it a mission to read at least 4 posts a week and to watch the podcast.

I figure I'd try to see if there was some low hanging fruit I can take advantage of. 

It seems like a very awkward situation to have them hanging over my shoulder the whole time. 

Unless you read the entire Actual judgment, or perhaps even the case file, you would never know.It appears this attorney doing this is obviously doing this on purpose to score the second mtg judgment amount, and leave the bidder hanging.

But I would love to connect with any more experienced folks out there who maybe faced a similar situation to this when they were first starting out, and I'd certainly love to hear any guidance and advice about how to best navigate this in a way that it doesn't have to be the end for me..e.g. positioning the situation in such a way where I could hopefully address the leftover financial obligations that must be tied up first but also finding ways and creative financing opportunities where I won't be automatically rejected for consideration based on this very troubled project still hanging like a black cloud over my head.
