Smaller Brokers in RI and MA

Greetings,

Aside from the standard KW, C21, Coldwell, and Re/Max, are there any smaller brokers servicing in both RI and MA? I'm looking to kill two birds with one stone. I'm looking for a broker in MA but will have to do the same in RI as both states are where my connection is operating his development business. If I have to, I can hang with a different broker in each state. Not interested in the larger agencies as their fees/split are more reasonable to those in the bus. full time.

I'm looking to be part time and don't really need the leads/marketing.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Eric
