Hello I dont know how to do all the rennovations I see my brothier doing at his rental project, I just feel like at a base leval I dont know anything no matter the history and work, how am I going to buy my first deal when I dont know ****  pleas help me dial it out of this hell  refering to the rehab skills mainlyhow to deduct all deffered maintances and otherwise I make 1k a mouth but what happens when a major rennovation takes place

Curious how you all would think a resort + casino going into a STR market will go and the impact?

Ask @Dave Foster for any 1031 questions…But I’d start with these…Are you planning to pay all cash for the replacement property since it will probably be either impossible or expensive to get the loan in the LLC’s name.Why are you putting the property in an LLC?

While searching we are lining up all the other items needed to have the STR up and running day 1.
