My fiance and I are currently looking for a STR in Blue Ridge, GA. While searching we are lining up all the other items needed to have the STR up and running day 1. One of these items is property management. We have been talking to a few property management companies and all of them seem to have astronomically high fees and very tenant friendly management agreements.
