The rent was increased from $1350 to $1800, since the comparable rentals in the area were renting for around $2200. 

I would like some recommendations for Lawyers and Transaction coordinators in this area with experience in; Subject to and Seller financing deals. 

Any other investors in the San Francisco Area? 

Just my experience as both a buyer and seller's agent in my area - it could depend on the mentality/culture of the area you're in. 

Hello everyone, I am new to investing and I seeking some guidance/assistance.Can someone please help in pointing me in the right direction as far as what part of Detroit is a good area to invest in or stay away from?

On one of their finds, they told us that they found black mold in the kitchen and bathroom, which is interesting since I painted and redid the faucets in those two areas, and saw none.
