New Investor needing assistance...

Ty Green
Posted

Hello everyone,

I am new to investing and I seeking some guidance/assistance.

Can someone please help in pointing me in the right direction as far as what part of Detroit is a good area to invest in or stay away from?

I would also need assistance with building the right team, which consist of a great lender, realtor (that has experience w/out of state investors) property manager, contractors, etc.

Any advice is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!
