What areas of NY do you invest in?

I would google commercial real state firms in the areas you are looking for. 

Also area close to University of Buffalo.

Hi,I am looking to invest first time with a turnkey developer,  who is buying the land and building a multi unit commercial retail center and some apartments.

Overwhelmingly though, the weather and weather related things were enough to offset the negatives.So, I figure a much more interesting question would be Why do people live in New York City?

I think over the foreseeable future we will see this continue due to rising prices in those markets like California and New York.

Is this strategy something I could deploy in a high entry area like New York/Long Island? 

For example, in the New York area, especially in some hyped-up fringe neighborhoods (like certain areas of the Bronx, Queens, or Staten Island), finding a "bargain" seems easy.

Find some areas you want to be and then look at the RE markets.
