Eric here, newbie, ready to soak up all the knowledge and start investing in real estate.  Real estate has always been an interest of mine and now my wife and I are ready to take this interest to the next level.  Any other investors in the San Francisco Area?  Any one have information on meetups and other types of networking events in the area?
