I cant wait to get to Utah and join the local investment clubs and meet some of you and I am excited to keep learning and figure out my path forward.

Join a "big box" brokerage - The training isn't as extensive as many would like to think.

Joined BP last year and closed on my first rental half duplex this past November.

For me it was eye-opening to hear about what some investors are doing here.If your schedule allows, you should join the monthly BiggerPockets meetup, which is held on the third Thursday of each month, in the Roppongi area.  

I would recommend finding your local REIA and joining it, or at least attending a few of their meetings and then deciding if you would benefit from joining at that point.I am happy to connect. feel free to PM me.Best,

Hi,My name is Brittany Vaughn and I just joined the site.I have a background in Interior Design and got into the home staging business about 1 year ago.

If you have some investor networks in your area it would be good to attend some meetings, join their website forums, etc.  

I studied Real Estate in college before joining the Air Force.
