Good Morning ALL,

I'm new to this wholesaling thing. I am Learning as much as I can and decided to jump out there. I'm more of a hands on person so I went out and got a contract signed. But I need help with finding a Title company in Montgomery Alabama that does simultaneous closing and has little to NO transactional fees....

Ok so update since I've started this post, I got the properties under contract but was told I don't need a title company... I'm just holding contracts and don't know my next step... don't I supose to file it or something somewhere? Then find an end buyer?

any suggestions or where else I can go?
