Hey everyone! My name is Joseph Diandrea and I am new to the biggerpockets community and also relatively new to the real estate investing world. My partner is also in the same boat as i am! We are really looking to network and connect with other people and even help each other prosper. Our goal this year is to have 5 flips! If anyone is in the area lets meet up, talk, and have coffee or something! all advice is welcomed as we will accept all the advice we can get! We are currently enrolled in a REI mastery program and are implementing marketing strategies such as direct mail and bandit signs.
