It’s that simple.I challenge you to hand out 10 sets of three business cards every day, Monday through Friday, to people you come in contact with.

There are two optimum windows of opportunity for cold calling: from 9:00 am to 11:00 am and 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Some of that is accidental, if it happens to hit on the day (usually Friday & Saturday) that all the other Adverts hit, it can get tossed in a big bundle along with all those valuable coupons.But my experience teaches me that no matter how I dress up or down my Post Card, it will not pull the same.

@Michael Quarles I thought before you said to not mail on a thursay or friday or something like that as they would get the mail on the weekend.

And just to be clear, this guy got in trouble again and they picked him up on  a Friday night him and his wife and put them in Jail in Mississippi.. he bailed out on a Monday and spent many thousands of dollars keeping himself from going to prison.. so if the authorities want to take you on.. they will win.

My opinion: the rental supply is about to increase as people who just got laid off will all of a sudden not have their mandated "can't live with roommates" first world living mindset removed.Add in Airbnb market potentially forcing owners to get some rent.This isn't based on numbers or anything, just my hunch.I closed on a flip i had here in Vegas on Friday.. buyer first time home buyer FHA price point 235k East of the strip..
