Not for the faint of heart, but it's absolutely worth it.

Not worth it from a cash flow perspective, and most of the investors I work with also avoid condos for the same reason! 

@Michelle Sharko That's a nice low price point for a resort condo, so it certainly seems worth consideration.

I agree with @Jonathan Greene that it may not be worth the hassle if this is the only time you're going to do a direct booking, but I would recommend trying to get more direct bookings.
