Hi BP family!

I've been listening to BiggerPockets and the Real Estate Rookie podcast for about 2 years now. Spent some time looking through the forums to gain further knowledge and understand some pain points to be mindful of and just to know what the community is actively doing. This space is truly a blessing.

I finally made the decision to embrace the healthy fear of starting my investment journey, currently have my first deal under contract, and decided to make my first BP post as well to introduce myself!

The power of networking is truly underestimated. I'm looking to surround myself with like minded individuals and would love to attend some local meetups as I start this new journey.

I currently live in Long Island City, Queens. Interested in investing in the Jersey City, NJ area currently. Again, would love to connect because there is always something to learn from each encounter.
