Also, the lender originally said they could do 21 day close, and we are now 2months passed our original closing date and had a property fall out of escrow because this lender was supposed to finance it and apparently is not able to finance more than one deal at a time.

Take the one you mention as an example.One prospect told me their eviction was for leaving before the end of their lease because they needed to move to help a family member.I would suppose, since you posted this "reason," that you are considering that as justifiable?
