Due diligence is something I am still filling in the voids in my knowledge level.

When you take into account all the marketing and advertising it takes to fill rooms, the venue costs, staffing, guests prizes and gifts, i can see why all the other events charge a fortune!

Should I get a CRM or is filling out the excel sheet myself the best way to go?
