I am currently in property management for my occupation but I hope to someday go prom property manager to property owner through the BRRRR method, but that takes both money and skill to get great deals. as I am low on both, I was thinking of one of the best ways to increase my skills and earn a little money to save up for my own ventures would be wholesaling.what are your thoughts?

Being taught about business from folks who lived in academia is practically useless.I’d hope a masters in accounting would give you more specialized skills that would aid with the exam and your career.My 2 cents.

This is not a "cash out" situation but you don't have to fund the rehab.I'm doing things a little differently in that I'm getting a line of credit (from the 1st mortgage lender) to cash out my equity created.With commercial, it's BRRRR on steroids all at one location and, in many cases, it can be managed by professional management companies.
