Hold or Flip 3 bed 1 bath SFH
Hey guys ,
So my wife and I are under contract for a 3 bedroom 1 bath SFH that we got initially to rent out. After crunching all of the numbers we would be getting roughly 10 return on our COC investment.
Because we got it for such a great deal I am trying to figure out if I should put a little bit of money into it and flip it for a rough profit of 20k-25k and use that money for a down payment on a duplex, triplex or fourplex.
Would you guys hold it and rent it or flip it and use the profit for more units?
