I have a new program I just started where I am teaching a very small select group of students (some from BP) how to do exactly what I am doing - buying REO's at steep disocunts, rehabbing them, and reselling them to end users (retaiing) in markets that are condusive to such a strategy.They are paying me (not the ridiculous guru fees at bootcamps) and they are receiving real education, hands on, from start to finish.
