REO Steps Needed
Trying to really jump into REOs. I have an approved buyer but need to figure out the rest.
I know there are option contracts etc but wanted to know the actual steps.
Found a house and an agent.
Have the approved buyer.
Need to make an offer.
But what forms are needed.
I have one of the private money places to do the A to B but need to figure out the B to C.
I used to have a system of people who did this but I'm venturing on my own and want to make this happen.

If you're question is just about the B to C transaction in this deal, then all you need is a purchase contract. Sounds like you have flash cash lined up to do the A to B closing, so this should be very straightforward. Just make a purchase contract between you and C, and take that to a title company to complete the deal.
