Long/medium/short term rental?

What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?

I will have to self-manage like I do our rental in Hawaii.

No, market rents are higher than what I’m currently charging unless I’m getting confused as to what you’re considering as ‘market rents.’

Well it turns out the overall price they're charging is $89,000 and it is so far outside of my budget I have no way of paying this.Does anyone know how I should approach this?

It currently is tenant occupied until October 2024 and after they move out I plan to use as a short term rental.
