Owners Insurance in humble/Atasocitas Area

Does anyone have any reccomendations for home owners insurance in Humble/Atascocitas shores Area? I got a quote for $3100 per year for a 2400 sq ft 1980 built house which seems very high.

 Is this for owner-occupied homeowners?  Landlord?  Long/medium/short term rental?
