I have a list of addresses that I am prospecting but they are all mailing address for the businesses but not the legal addresses that are connected to an APN number.

I've started placing prospects on a list and have been trying to track down who owns said properties/lots. 

As a begin to feel more comfortable with the prospect of becoming an investor, it seems that there are plenty of hurdles to overcome. 

Always screen prospective tenants.  

Have no shame to ask and verify the financial health of prospective partners or team/crew.

I'm 32 and don't think I'll have cash reserves + down pymt funds for another 1-2 yrs going conventional. 2) Treat this like a job interview - if 1 prospective employer passed on you you, what would you do?

Im kinda thinking instead of spending the $120 on Globiflow, i could invest the $89 into a single line dialer on Mojo and use that to prospect while i build my SOI tell i no longer need the dialer. 

If you go to Prospect Mortgage page- they have a lot of videos on 203k loans that helped me out a lot.

I have a great prospect, a business guy who’s moving to Chicago, but he only wants it for 9 months.

There are certain ways to accomplish this the right way and come off professionally so take some time to think about how your prospect will react to the mailers.
