Tells here there was a towel left hanging on the bathroom door with a hair on it, there is thick dust all over the ceiling fans like it hasn't been dusted in forever, their is dust elsewhere, floors are dirty, something else I can't remember and that the bed in the master bedroom was so bad they can't sleep on it and has never slept on a bed that bad in their life.We happened to be in town 10 minutes away.

I currently sell into the construction industry but I have had a passion for real estate for some time.

I see it as a way to learn.Im looking for a full time job to support the family, but I plan to focus my efforts and time on this passion.

Eventually, I’d like to expand to other types of properties and markets, but I think getting that first property will build the momentum and spark the fire to keep going, instead of being stuck in perpetual analysis paralysis.A bit about me - I’m a software engineer by profession but deep down, I don’t have a true passion for tech so I would want to eventually transition out and focus on real estate full time (of course, this will be much later down the line).With these crazy COVID times, it’s hard to get out and actually attend meetups and get to know people in person, so I’d like to connect and get to know some other folks local to the SD area and even beyond!

Not a fan of the author's penny-pinching mindset (i.e. always get a deal even if it's pretty much a steal) but the techniques he teaches are IMO legit and also even if you don't use them it's super helpful to be able to recognize if someone is using them on you.
