Hey @Kashif Khan, the answer to this is highly dependent on your individual goals and objectives.

To the extent anyone is able to, and based on personal risk tolerance and investment objectives, you would do a little bit of everything and diversify across many different asset classes (real estate, equities, fixed income,commodities, and other alts).    

If lacking cash, the time required to achieve this objective remains uncertain.
