New pro member here. I recently purchased my first investment property and I'm hooked! I am an investor primarily interested in short term rental properties, rentals, and BRRRR strategy. Early days for me, but certainly looking to connect with like minded individuals and hoping to learn lots of valuable information along the way.

In non real estate related news - I am an avid soccer fan. love spending time with my newborn, wife, and 2 dogs. I love running - great for listening to podcasts or audiobooks and focus. I'm originally from Colombia, grew up in NY, and now call Nashville home.
