I've been a real estate Broker for over 16 years, helping others buy/sell real estate and have closed over $70M in volume, yet I can't seem to pull the trigger and buy my first investment property for myself because I always seem to talk myself out of a deal for one reason or another.

If any or all of the other loans you have are callable on demand, the lenders of those loans will pickup on the judgment when it is granted, and this may trigger demand calls from some of your other lenders.I believe you need to contact the lender and try to work something out before it spirals out of control and you end up filing a bankruptcy or doing a voluntary asset forfeiture.

I wasn't expecting another snap and it was not like she even mentioned the actual problem or thing that triggered her initial call, when I followed up with text, she went off the deep end with character attack and still no mention of the original issue, so I still have no idea what the actual specific issue is in this case, I just know that she does not like me anymore(to say it nicely).Anyway, thanks for chiming in and it's great help and encouragement to read your replies in general and here specifically.
