VA loan questions and help
Im asking this one for a friend. One of my marine corps buddies recently bought a duplex using a VA Loan. The property is great and producing him great cashflow but he just got a promotion with our company and needs to move across the country. hes had the house for two months and its in his name. his plan now is to create an LLC and transfer the title to the LLC of the property and start renting out the side he use to live in. will he run into any problems with this? Also could he be hit with the due on sale clause from his lender? Please let me know your thoughts on this guys and gals.

Friend doesn't need to refi or LLC or anything else. Just move.
His intent when he signed the docs was to live there for a year. Something came up he didn't anticipate. The language of his closing paperwork allows for that.
