Map it all out, put it in a planner that you carry every day or hang it on a wall where you'll consult it every day, and leave room for some edits.

I have not found a brokerage to hang my license yet because I haven't found what I am looking for yet.

I have attended one of the meet-up groups meetings here in OC and had a great time meeting and hanging out with other investors, flippers, and fellow newbies in real estate as well as with the speaker of that meeting.
