Hey everyone!  This is Sean B Rolan!  I'm very excited to be here.  I migrated here from *************'s site.  After going through Bigger Pockets it seems here to be more interactive and the lessons I've gotten here are more inline with my M.O.  ie. not ugly - fying neighborhoods with bandit signs and not posting deceptive ads claiming properties I don't have for sale (these were some tactics they promote).  I was also prompted here by the information on how wholesaling can be done illegally.  There was nothing said on this subject there at all, and I was TOTALLY unaware of this.  Not slamming them, just stating my experience.  

Any ways, I'm a newbie with a vast amount of sales experience, desire, drive, and commitment. I'm 38 day's into this and haven't done a deal as yet but working on it!

I'm looking to connect with anyone in my area for mastermind, motivation, and just overall connection as we share the same goals.  Real Estate!
