New member from suburban Philadelphia

Hi, I'm a real estate lifer (grew up w/ both parents as brokers) who recently stumbled upon BiggerPockets. I've been hanging around...listening to podcasts, and such...but I thought it was time to join, so here I am. 

Professionally, I'm a real estate broker who specializes in residential sales, and I look forward to being part of the BP community.  I've done a decent amount of investing over the years, but I'm looking to do more buy & hold stuff going forward with the occasional flip as it presents itself.  I think there is a tremendous amount of knowledge, here, and I look forward to furthering my skills by tapping into it.
